House name/number	*	Please enter the number of your house in the box provided. If your house does not have a number please enter its name in this box. If you have both a name and a number please enter the name first followed by a space and then the number, for example "Invercauld 23".
Address	*	Please enter your address without the house name/number (entered in the box above) and without the postcode (this will be entered in the box below). Use as many of the lines as required.


Post town	*	Please enter the nearest town or city to where you live. For example if you live in Glasgow enter "Glasgow". If you live in Norwich enter "Norwich". If you live in Scone (a village near Perth) you would enter "Perth".
County	*	Please enter the county that you stay in the field provided. Scottish users please enter the appropriate region.
Postcode	*	Please enter your postcode in the standard UK format. The format should be either "PH5 6PE" or "AB24 1JU" or "N5 1AB". This field should not contain any characters other than alphanumeric characters.

Phone		Please enter your phone number. The phone number should contain your area code and home number. This field does not accept anything except for numerical characters.
Mobile		Please enter your mobile number if you have one.
Email	*	Please enter your full email address. Please ensure that this email is 100% correct as this will be used as our primary method of correspondence with you. Your email address will also be used as your login username on the site.
