    Learning to SPARkle

    As much as we love our staff, our main focus is always on our customers. So it’s vital that everyone that visits our stores receives the very best service possible. That’s why we’ve developed a training and induction package that teaches our team to understand our customers - it’s called SPARkling Service and it ensures amazing customer service, while adding yet another impressive skill to the belts of our staff.

    There are six interactive modules for you to work through - on your own, with your team and with management. These cover how you feel as a team member and also what you expect as a customer. It allows us to develop specific strategic plans for each team - based on REAL personalities and individual needs. There’s no ‘one size fits all’ about our training!
