Each SPAR store in the UK belongs to a specific Regional Distribution Centre (RDC), depending on where the store is situated in England, Scotland, Wales or Northern Ireland. There are six RDC's in the UK which are shown on the map opposite as well as being listed below.

• SPAR Scotland - CJ Lang & Son
• SPAR North of England - James Hall & Co
• SPAR Midlands - AF Blakemore & Co
• SPAR South East - Capper & Co
• SPAR South West - Appleby Westward Group
• SPAR Northern Ireland - Henderson Wholesale Group
