Formerly Andrew Miller & Co Ltd, the company is a major player in the convenience retailing market in Northern Ireland, owning and operating 52 neighbourhood retail outlets under the SPAR, EUROSPAR and VIVO formats. 39 of these stores are petrol forecourt sites, affiliated with the major oil brands. In 2005, the company topped four of the nine award categories at the prestigious Checkout Convenience Retailing Awards in London including Convenience Store Manager of the Year, Best Customer Service Initiative, Best Community Initiative of the Year and was highly commended in the Best Fresh and Chilled Convenience Retailer of the Year category.
